The Stainless Steel J4 Coils are the austenitic forms of stainless steel. In their chemical combination, they comprise a combination of chromium and manganese, where there are medium concentrations of copper, nickel, and nitrogen. While these elements get balanced in the alloy of SS J4 Coils, they produce an austenitic structure in the annealed situation. The SS J4 grade is the appropriate stainless steel grade to be used as an alternative for the combination of chromium and nickel stainless steel grade 301 and stainless steel 304. We also formulate a few cost-effective options for nitrogen and manganese that fidget with the grade’s economic aspects. Still, otherwise, the SS J4 Coils possess great strength and excellent forming abilities. This makes the Stainless Steel J4 Coils the right choice for a broad client base, along with technical reasons.
Accurate Metals & Alloys are one of India’s most globally acclaimed Stainless Steel J4 Coil manufacturers and exporters. We are here to assist our clients with stainless steel products from the iron and steel tycoons like JSL. We are also one of the many stockists of stainless steel products like Stainless Steel J4 Coils, Plates, Sheets, Bars, etc., but our quality and standard of products are unmatchable.

The Stainless Steel J4 Coils are 50% more strength than the Stainless Steel 304 Coils and the Stainless Steel 403l Coils. The SS J4 Coils also display a maximum resistance to wear and abrasion compared to the stainless steel grade 304 and stainless steel 430. There are a few differences between SS J4 and SS 304, but the most prominent one is in their chemical compositions. Especially the nickel content, where SS 304 consists of 8% nickel and SS J4 consists of only 1% of nickel. Not just the nickel levels but the chromium content in SS J4 is slightly low too. But as a kind of compensation, the nitrogen concentrations are elevated.
The Stainless Steel J4 Coils are utilized for several applications by fabricating them into various components, including kitchenware, washing machine, cookware, food service equipment, dishwashers, sinks, automotive trims, etc.
