However, it becomes brittle at environmental temperatures, particularly when heated for an extended period between 400 to 600°C. This issue can be resolved by annealing the Sheet. Solution annealing can be accomplished by heating SS 430 Sheets to 845°C. These Sheets, Plates, and Coils find applications in dishwashing machine linings, supports and fasteners, refrigerator cabinet panels, wire lashing, automobile trim, stove trim rings and chimney liners.
