The Stainless Steel 304L Coils are the most versatile and broadly consumed grade of stainless steel. These SS 304L Coils are used in multipurpose ways such as general and engineering causes. These SS 30L Coils are available in many profiles, but the two most commonly fabricated and used ones are Stainless Steel 304L Hot Rolled Coils and Stainless Steel 304L Cold Rolled Coils.
The Stainless Steel 304L Coils are formulated with a chemical composition that provides SS 304L with several brilliant mechanical properties. These properties include good welding ability, resistance against corrosion and oxidation, etc., forming an all-rounder stainless steel grade. Due to the types of elements used to manufacture these SS 304L Coils, this stainless steel product grade becomes an all-rounder, and at the same time, it proves to be cost-effective with many benefits to offer to our clients and users. The SS 304L grade reciprocates well to hardening when done by the process of cold working. For the annealing procedure, the temperature range must be set from 1010℃ to 1120℃ and be cold-rolled immediately. Once the cold work is carried out, the SS 304L Coils transform into tough, pliable, and ready-to-fabricate structures. The best-annealed phase of SS 304L is derived at 1070℃. The SS 304L Coils can relieve stress at 450℃ – 600℃, and the lower stress reliving temperature must be at least 400℃.
