Resistance against corrosive agents and conditions is an important feature of the stainless steel 301LN plates. The resistance is not against liquid solvents but also against stress caused by harsh conditions. One of the harsh parameters is the rising temperature exceeding that of normal conditions. In presence of such conditions, the plates display excellent thermal stability and heat hardening properties, enabling them to withstand soaring temperatures without succumbing to degradation. The presence of oxygen rapidly causes the oxidation of metallic products that in turn promote corrosion which is tackled gracefully by the 301LN grade of stainless steel plates making it fully operational in oxidizing environments.
The applications in which the stainless steel 301LN plates are used include springs, toaster, stove element clips, airframe sections, curtain walls, automotive wheel covers, screen frames, etc.
Every batch of plates our factories manufacture are subjected to tests which are in accordance with the norms and regulations laid down by the national and international authorities for the same. Certificates are also provided with them for the assurance and confidence of the clientele.
